Passes & Participation
What does my pass include?
Your pass includes full two-day access to all summit sessions, keynotes, cross-sector panels, the Partners Showcase, and the evening reception. Hotel rate information is provided upon securing your place.
Can I transfer my pass to a colleague?
Yes, pass transfers are available at any time. Contact our team at marketing@ilha.org to process a transfer.
What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to marketing@ilha.org. Before October 15, 2026: passes can be canceled for any reason for a 100% refund. After October 15, 2026: passes can only be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of securing your place. No refunds will be issued beyond this 24-hour window.
Is there a group rate?
Yes, we offer preferential group rates for organizations bringing three or more decision-makers. Use code INSPIREGROUP at checkout when selecting three or more passes.

Is there a Hosted Buyer program?

Is there a hotel room block?
Yes, we have secured a preferential rate at the JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa for INSPIRE delegates. Booking details are provided upon securing your place.
Is airport transportation available?
We work with local transportation providers to offer service between the airport and the venue. Details will be provided closer to the event dates.
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving on December 14, the day before the summit begins, to join the opening reception. The event typically concludes by early afternoon on December 16.
Will sessions be recorded?
Select keynotes will be recorded and made available to delegates after the event. Breakout sessions and board-level panels remain strictly live-only to ensure candid, off-the-record conversation.
