1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

Welcome to the INSPIRE Luxury Hospitality Conference (“Event”), presented by the International Luxury Hotel Association (“ILHA”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your registration, attendance, and participation in the Event. For the purposes of these Terms, “ILHA” includes Luxury Hotel Inc. The INSPIRE Luxury Hospitality Conference will be taking place in Orlando at the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa on December 15th and 16th, 2026.

By purchasing a ticket, registering for, attending, or participating in the Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you don’t agree to these Terms, you must not register for or attend the Event.

2. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

To attend the Event, all attendees must complete the registration process and pay all applicable fees in full. You confirm that all information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.

Registration and payment for the Event are processed through third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe). Your interaction with these platforms may be subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

3. DATA PRIVACY AND COMMUNICATION

By registering for this Event, you consent to the collection, use, processing, and storage of your personal data by ILHA.

• Data we collect: We collect data you provide during registration, including but not limited to your name, title, company, email address, phone number, and payment information.
• How we use your data: Your data is used to process your registration, communicate important Event information, provide access to Event-related activities, and enhance your attendee experience.
• Marketing communications: We’ll use your email address to send you our newsletters and information about future ILHA events and memberships. You can opt out of these marketing communications at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link provided in the emails.
• Data storage & processing: Your data is securely stored and managed using our Customer Relationship Management (Zoho CRM) and email marketing (Zoho Campaigns, Brevo) platforms.
• Sponsor communications: We may share your name, title, company and -depending on sponsor’s category- your contact information with Event sponsors. You may be asked for your explicit consent (opt-in) during registration to have your full contact details shared with sponsors.
• Your rights: You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. To make such a request, please contact us at info@ilha.org

4. EVENT CONDUCT & POLICIES

• Code of conduct: All participants are expected to adhere to the ILHA Code of Conduct to ensure a safe, inclusive, and professional environment. Harassment, discrimination, or any inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund and a ban from future ILHA events. If you experience or witness any misconduct, please notify a member of the event staff immediately.
• Anti-solicitation policy: The unauthorized solicitation of business by attendees (“suitcasing” or “outboarding”) is strictly prohibited. This practice is unfair to our official exhibitors and sponsors. Violators will be removed from the Event. If you wish to promote your products or services, please inquire about our official sponsorship and exhibition opportunities by completing this form. If you violate this policy you will be removed from the event and no refund will be provided.
• Age limitations: Attendees must be at least 18 years of age. You must be 21 or older to consume alcoholic beverages. Valid photo identification is required. All alcohol consumption must be done responsibly. If you’d like to request an exception to this age limit, please send your request in writing to info@ilha.org

Photography, videography, and media:

• By ILHA: We’ll be documenting the Event through photographs and video recordings. By attending, you grant ILHA a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your image, likeness, and voice in any media for promotional, archival, and commercial purposes.
• By attendees: You can take photos and short video clips (under 60 seconds) for personal and social media use, provided it’s not disruptive. However, recording of any kind is strictly prohibited within sponsor booths without the sponsor’s explicit permission. ILHA reserves the right to prohibit recording in any session or area at its discretion. You agree not to use recordings in a way that is misleading, disparaging, or violates any applicable laws, and you’ll comply with any requests we make to discontinue their use.
• Hotel accommodations: By attending the Event, you acknowledge that it’s held at the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa in Orlando and you’re responsible for booking your accommodations and covering any associated costs. Preferred hotel rates may be available in a room block until full. You can book here.

5. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND LIABILITY

Cancellation and refund policy: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to marketing@ilha.org

• Before October 15, 2025: You can cancel for any reason and receive a 100% refund.
• After October 15, 2025: You can cancel within 24 hours of your registration purchase for a 100% refund. No refunds will be issued after this 24-hour window.

Transfers: You can transfer your registration to another person at any time free of charge by contacting us at marketing@ilha.org 

• Event program and schedule changes: ILHA reserves the right to modify the Event program, schedule, speakers, dates or venue without prior notice. We’ll use reasonable efforts to notify attendees of significant changes, but we’re not liable for any costs or inconvenience incurred.
• Force majeure: ILHA won’t be held liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by fire, flood, strike, acts of God, acts of terrorism, war, epidemics, pandemics, government or military authority, unavailability of the venue, or other causes beyond our reasonable control. In such an event, ILHA reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the Event without liability.
• Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ILHA won’t be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or financial loss, sustained by any attendee in connection with their participation in the Event. Attendees are responsible for their own personal property and well-being. ILHA isn’t liable for the actions of other attendees, speakers, sponsors, or third-party service providers.

 6. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your attendance at the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sarasota, Florida. 

7. MISCELLANEOUS

• Changes to terms: We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version at https://ilha.org/inspire/. The new terms will become effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
• Entire agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ILHA regarding your participation in the Event.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
