Day 1 opens at 1:00 PM on December 15, so arriving the evening of December 14 gives you a relaxed start. The program closes on December 16 with the Closing Party at 5:30 PM, followed by Closing Drinks with Fireworks until 9:00 PM, so plan to travel home on the morning of December 17.
