In her role as President and Chief Executive Officer, Alex oversees operations across all divisions and directs the organization’s business strategy to achieve its primary goals and objectives. She also leads the company’s Business Development efforts, aiming to expand Sensei’s reach. With over 30 years of experience in hospitality, she brings an unparalleled background in the luxury and lifestyle segments of the industry, having worked with esteemed companies like The Ritz-Carlton, Ian Schrager’s Morgans Hotel Group, and Sage Hospitality. Before joining Sensei, Alex owned and operated her own company, IMPRINT Hospitality.
