
Ayesha Molino
Ayesha Molino serves as President and Chief Operations Officer (COO) of ARIA Resort & Casino and Vdara Hotel & Spa, as Chief Public Affairs Officer at MGM Resorts International, and as a member of the Company’s Executive Committee.
As President and COO, Ms. Molino has oversight of operations for the AAA Four Diamond ARIA Resort & Casino and Vdara Hotel & Spa. As Chief Public Affairs Officer, Ms. Molino is responsible for driving the Company’s global efforts to protect and enhance its reputation. Ms. Molino oversees the Company’s government affairs, internal and external communications, and public relations.
Previously, Ms. Molino was Senior Vice President of Public Affairs, where she shaped MGM Resorts’ policy perspective at the Federal, regional, and local levels on a variety of major issues, including tax policy and iGaming and sports betting. Ms. Molino managed the Company’s internal and external communications and public relations, aligning the Company’s business strategy to its public affairs and advocacy priorities.
She joined MGM Resorts in January 2017, from the U.S. Senate, where from 2011 to 2016, she served as first Counsel and later as Chief Counsel to former Senate Majority and Democratic Leader Harry Reid (D-NV). From 2007 to 2011, Ms. Molino served as International Trade Counsel to the U.S. Senate Finance Committee under then-Chairman Max Baucus (D-MT), where she led the Committee’s work on Asia-focused trade matters, intellectual property rights, and international investment, among other issues.
Prior to her time in the Senate, Ms. Molino served as an Attorney-Advisor in the Office of General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Commerce, where she supported the Department’s work on international trade and investment negotiations.
She is a non-Executive Director of MGM China Holding Limited. She also has served as an Adjunct Professor at The George Washington University Law School, where she taught Gaming Law Moot Court. She serves as Vice Chair of the Nevada Resort Association, and on the Executive Committees of the American Gaming Association.
Ms. Molino received her BA from the University of California, Riverside, and her JD from The George Washington University Law School.
