As COO of HVS’s U.S. Consulting & Valuation division, I lead strategic planning, operations, and talent development across our national platform. I partner closely with the President of the Americas and a team of Regional Leaders to drive profitability and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.

Recognized as a collaborative and approachable advisor, I work to ensure that our clients benefit from the collective expertise of HVS professionals nationwide. During my time at HVS, I’ve led major regional offices, guided teams across the Mid‑Atlantic, Northeast, and beyond, and completed thousands of consulting and valuation engagements. Based in Washington, D.C., I am a Certified General Appraiser licensed in D.C., Virginia, Maryland, and West Virginia.

My leadership centers on data‑driven decision‑making, talent development, and creating systems that empower people to do their best work. I’m passionate about developing high‑performing teams, mentoring rising leaders, and building structures that support exceptional client outcomes. I continue to contribute to the industry through local real estate organizations, conferences, speaking opportunities, and authoring articles on hotel market dynamics and broader trends shaping the hospitality sector.
