Christian Glauser Benz

Throughout his 20 year career, Christian has built a reputation as a thought leader in the luxury and lifestyle space and is best known for leading the strategic growth and positioning of some of the world's best luxury and lifestyle brands including Maybach Ocean Club by Mercedes Benz, Hyatt Hotels, Dream Hotels and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group where he was the Head of Development for the Americas, totaling over $4 Billion in executed deals worldwide. Christian is also a co-founder of Leman Capital, an advisory and development platform that partners with luxury brands, developers and investors, with an active pipeline of projects in Europe, North America and the Caribbean.

Having visited over 130 countries, he calls himself a lover of travel and a “Hodophile“ - Christian’s Swiss roots, global perspective and fluency in 5 languages have been strong pillars in his personal and professional life.

Christian started his career and passion for real estate working for famed architect Frank Gehry. He is an active member of the Board of Advisors at his alma mater Tulane University's Architecture & Real Estate program in New Orleans.
