Daniel A. Hostettler is a distinguished luxury hospitality executive whose career spans more than three decades across premier hotels, restaurants, and private clubs worldwide. Widely respected for his visionary leadership and disciplined execution, he has built a reputation for elevating iconic properties into world-class destinations defined by excellence, innovation, and enduring prestige.

As President & Chief Executive Officer of The Boca Raton, Hostettler is leading a transformative, multi-year evolution of the storied South Florida resort and private club. Under his stewardship, the most celebrated resort in The Americas has undergone a landmark $375 million reimagination designed to position it among the most coveted destinations globally. A defining milestone in this transformation was the unveiling of the redesigned Beach Club in January 2025, setting a new benchmark for modern coastal luxury.

Now celebrating its Centennial year, The Boca Raton stands as the only Forbes Quadruple Five-Star resort in The Americas, earning individual Five-Star honors for Beach Club and Yacht Club hotels, Spa Palmera, and Flybridge restaurant. This extraordinary distinction reflects the organization’s bold vision, uncompromising standards, and operational excellence under Hostettler’s leadership. With additional strategic investments underway, the property is poised to define its next century with renewed ambition and distinction.

Prior to joining The Boca Raton, Hostettler served for 12 years as President and Group Managing Director of Ocean House Management Collection, where he oversaw five award-winning New England properties. Among them was the legendary Ocean House in Watch Hill, Rhode Island — recognized as one of only 13 Triple Five-Star hotels in the world.

Beyond his executive responsibilities, Hostettler remains deeply committed to advancing the hospitality profession. He serves on the Advisory Board and Executive Planning Committee of the New York University Jonathan M. Tisch Center of Hospitality, is a member of the Cornell Hotel Society, and is a Trustee of the Culinary Institute of America.
