Deniz Dorbek
Deniz Dorbek has spent 25 years in leadership roles across some of the world's most recognized hospitality brands, including Hilton, Accor, Kempinski, Wyndham, and Hyatt. Her career spanned commercial strategy, revenue optimization, brand growth, operations and portfolio leadership across seven countries and three continents.
She left that world to found Regulus Collective, a New York-based hospitality investment and advisory platform operating across four verticals: Labs (technology, AI, and future hospitality systems), Creative (brand creation and positioning), Bio (longevity and neuroscience-driven hospitality protocols), and Advisory (full cycle project guidance). The aim is to bring capital, design, brand, technology, and human physiology together; not as separate disciplines, but as one coordinated ecosystem.
Her thesis is that longevity is not a wellness amenity, but a new operating foundation for hospitality, one that will influence how the next generation of hospitality is conceived, financed, built, and experienced. Deniz works at the intersection of capital and innovation, advising investors, owners and operators on where the lifestyle & luxury category is heading, while helping shape the models that may define its future.
