Ella Steele serves as the Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations for WorldVue, a global leader in property technology solutions. A results-driven executive with deep expertise across the entertainment, telecommunications, and hospitality sectors, she is recognized for shaping high-impact brand strategies, strengthening market position, and accelerating organizational growth.
In her role, she leads WorldVue's global brand strategy, public relations, media communications, executive visibility, and integrated marketing initiatives. She is responsible for advancing the company's external voice and thought leadership presence across international markets, driving earned media, cultivating industry relationships, and amplifying WorldVue's influence across hospitality, multifamily, senior living, and enterprise sectors. She also oversees the company's Creative and Digital Media divisions, ensuring unified messaging and brand consistency across all platforms.
Before joining WorldVue, she held progressive marketing leadership roles with RIDE TV (now Great American Media), where she drove national brand expansion and affiliate marketing initiatives that increased network visibility and distribution across major MVPD and OTT providers.
Known for her executive presence, relationship-centric leadership style, and ability to mobilise teams with clarity and purpose, she creates environments where innovation, accountability, and creative excellence thrive. Steele is an alumna of the University of Texas at Arlington and currently resides in Dallas with her husband and two children.
