Erik Eveleigh

Erik Eveleigh has served as the Vice President of Development for the Americas for Starwood Hotels since 2023. In this role, Mr. Eveleigh is tasked with leading strategic initiatives and spearheading new business opportunities for 1 Hotels & Homes, Baccarat Hotels & Residences, and Treehouse Hotels. Prior to joining Starwood Hotels, Mr. Eveleigh spent fifteen years with Hilton, the final nine years as part of Hilton's North American Luxury Development team, integral to the expansion efforts for Hilton’s luxury portfolio. Mr. Eveleigh’s formal education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic University, Pomona with a concentration in International Business received in 2004, and two Master’s Degrees at the University of Southern California received in 2011; in Real Estate Development as well as Urban Planning. Mr. Eveleigh serves on the Recreation Development Council for the Urban Land Institute, and is a founding board member of the ILHA’s Los Angeles chapter.
