Hubert Worrell

As Chief Financial Officer of Castlerock Asset Management, I’ve built the financial framework behind Castlerock’s growing portfolio, overseeing Finance, Accounting, Treasury Management, Lender Relations, Investor Relations, Taxes, and Asset Management functions. I’ve been instrumental in securing the financing and development of our flagship properties, The Westin Nashville and Bobby Nashville. I also led the financial efforts for the acquisition of The Westin Tampa Bay, transitioned the company from a development and asset management model to a self-managed hotel model, and implemented an enterprise intelligence platform across our financial operations.

Before joining Castlerock, I was the Associate Vice President of Finance at Covenant Surgical Partners, where I helped grow the company from a medical startup into a 30-surgical-center enterprise. I’m a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants.

I’m deeply committed to community service, supporting Nashville-based nonprofits like 4:13 Strong, which provides job training to at-risk men, and The Joseph School, which offers education to orphaned and disadvantaged youth in Haiti.
