Jason Reader

Jason brings more than 25 years of hospitality leadership to his role as Chief Operating Officer at Davidson Hospitality Group. Throughout his career, he has overseen operations for full-service, select-service and lifestyle properties across major hotel brands and independent portfolios.

Prior to joining Davidson, Jason served as Chief Operating Officer at Remington Hospitality, where he led enterprise operations after serving in progressively senior leadership roles. Before Remington, he was COO at Magna Hospitality, and spent over 15 years with Pyramid Hotel Group. While at Pyramid, he held multiple operational roles including Senior Vice President of Operations, where he oversaw a diverse portfolio of more than 50 hotels including lifestyle and independent properties nationwide.

Jason is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) and has held key leadership positions at Hilton-managed resorts and Marriott-branded hotels. His operational depth and passion for driving performance through culture and accountability make him a strategic addition to the Davidson executive team.
