Jean Jakoby

Jean Jakoby is Senior Vice President of Global Foodservice Sales at PepsiCo, where she leads the company’s global customer partnerships across restaurants, hotels, and entertainment.

With 30 years of experience, Jean drives profitable growth by building strategic partnerships with multinational customers and bringing the full strength of PepsiCo’s portfolio to bear across beverages, Frito-Lay snacks, Quaker foods, and Gatorade.

Jean is recognized for her passion for innovation and growth and for bringing a trend-forward, action-oriented mindset to customer partnerships. Her broad experience across sales, operations, distribution, and channel development gives her a deep understanding of PepsiCo’s food and beverage go-to-market systems, as well as the evolving needs of customers and consumers around the world.

Jean is equally passionate about developing the next generation of leaders. She serves on advisory boards at her alma mater, the University of Maryland, including the Robert H. Smith School of

Business, as well as the Alfred Lerner School of Hospitality Business Management at the University of Delaware.
