For over two decades, I have operated at the intersection of outdoor hospitality, conservation, and experience design. At Explora Hotels, I helped scale a pioneering vision into one of the most respected brands in the space, first as Commercial Vice President and later as CEO. At Metropolitan Touring, I contributed at the board level to the stewardship of some of the continent’s most iconic destinations. With Paradero Hotels, I helped shape a model that challenged conventional definitions of luxury and immersion.

Alongside this, purpose has remained non-negotiable. At Smartrip Chile, I worked to position tourism as a tool for community development and long-term impact. That work continues today at the board level, grounded in the belief that travel, when done right, is a force for good.

At Luxury Frontiers, I collaborated with governments, investors, and developers to rethink the role of hospitality in remote and sensitive environments. Most recently, at INTO Hospitality, the focus was clear: close the gap between conservation and capital. To prove that properly designed hospitality can protect ecosystems, sustain cultures, and generate enduring value.

This work has never been about growth for its own sake.
It is about building systems that hold.
