Karishma Huda is a luxury hospitality procurement leader with more than 17 years of experience supporting Forbes Five Star and ultra luxury hotel environments. She currently works with Avendra International, partnering with luxury hotels and resorts to drive strategic sourcing, strengthen supplier partnerships, and create operational efficiencies that enhance the guest experience.

Throughout her career, Karishma has led large scale purchasing operations, negotiated high impact vendor agreements, and supported some of the industry’s most recognized luxury properties. She believes procurement is one of the earliest touchpoints of the guest experience and is passionate about creating thoughtful solutions that elevate quality, consistency, and service behind the scenes.

Known for her collaborative and relationship driven approach, Karishma brings together operational strategy, financial performance, and genuine care for hospitality. Outside of work, she is a proud mom, a strong believer in leading with kindness, and a self proclaimed lamb chop enthusiast.
