Kelleye Martin is a respected leader in the global spa and hospitality industry, bringing more than 30 years of experience shaping high-performing teams, elevating guest experiences, and driving meaningful innovation. She currently serves as Executive Director of Trellis Spa at The Houstonian, where she leads one of the nation’s premier luxury spa destinations with a focus on excellence, culture, and results-driven wellness.

Her career spans leadership roles at distinguished resort and private club properties across the Midwest and Pacific Northwest, including The Edgewater Hotel Spa in Madison, Wisconsin, and the historic Washington Athletic Club & Spa in Seattle, experiences that have shaped her strategic, people-first leadership style.

Kelleye is the Immediate Past Chair of the International Spa Association (ISPA) Board of Directors and currently serves as Chairman of the ISPA Research Foundation, reflecting her deep commitment to advancing education, research, and credibility within the spa industry. Through her leadership, she continues to champion the future of wellness by aligning operational excellence with evidence-based innovation.
