For over 28 years, I’ve led Spa Team International—a global network specializing in spa consulting, brand development, and the distribution of innovative wellness technologies. My ventures span luxury wellness, real estate, and digital infrastructure, including the early automotive‑tech platform AutoWorld.com, which I founded in 1993.

But my approach to leadership began long before entrepreneurship. A personal fracture at age eight reshaped how I understood reality, resilience, and human behavior. That early disruption became the foundation for a lifelong study of how leaders think, adapt, and perform under pressure.

I formalized that pursuit with an MBA in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), integrating behavioral psychology with organizational strategy. This unique combination shaped my ability to decode how cognition, perception, and emotional patterns influence executive decision‑making, conflict navigation, and leadership clarity.

Across my career, I’ve built ventures where compliance, branding, behavioral psychology, and systems design intersect. I’ve learned from global mentors, made hard pivots, and developed frameworks that help leaders operate with precision in volatile environments.

Today, I teach the Executive Resilience Framework—a tactical operating system for founders, operators, and executives navigating complexity, consequence, and rapid change. It blends CBT principles, ancient wisdom, and executive discipline into a repeatable rhythm for clarity and impact.
