Rachael Rothman
I am a financial analyst, economist, and capital markets professional with experience spanning four complete business cycles in commercial real estate and global hospitality. I hold the CFA charter and master’s degrees in economics and hotel administration.
My work has included investment research, performance benchmarking, forecasting, portfolio strategy, and industry thought leadership for global stakeholders in hospitality and real estate. I started my career in line-level hotel roles and grew into senior research, strategy, and executive positions at top global firms.
My deep experience includes advising senior leaders and investment committees on valuation, transactions, and capital markets decisions. I qualify as a SEC-designated audit committee financial expert and have a long track record of high-stakes decision-making in volatile markets.
My analysis has been recognized by the Wall Street Journal’s Best on the Street, the Financial Times’ World’s Best Analysts, and the Institutional Investor All-America Research Survey, including multiple awards for stock picking and estimate accuracy. I am a regular contributor to major industry conferences and business media.
I am known for integrity, impartiality, and decisive leadership in demanding environments. I develop strong teams and stay loyal to the people I work with. As a two-time survivor of Triple Negative Breast Cancer, I don’t sweat the small stuff. I take nothing for granted, and I am grateful for every opportunity, friend, and colleague who has partnered with me over my career.
