Rebecca Ward is Vice President of Guest Experience at Agua Caliente Casinos in California, a Forbes Travel Guide recognized organization that includes a 4-Star resort and fine-dining restaurant, a 5-Star spa, two additional casinos, and a Cultural Plaza featuring a tribal museum and a state-of-the-art wellness spa. She leads service and workplace transformation initiatives that impact more than 3,300 employees across the enterprise, designing custom training programs, recognition initiatives, and performance insights built on custom quality assessments that create accountability, highlight opportunities, and drive measurable improvement across all departments.
Ward has worked with flagship hospitality brands including InterContinental, Four Seasons, and Hilton before joining Forbes Travel Guide as an evaluator. There, she assessed more than 100 hotels, restaurants, and spas against 900 global standards before becoming an Executive Trainer, traveling the world for two years coaching Forbes-rated properties on every facet of the guest experience.
Today, she blends global perspective with local impact, translating global standards into practical tools her teams use every day. Her work reflects a core belief: workplace transformation isn’t about slogans or scorecards but equipping every team member from back-of-house to front-of-house to deliver excellence that guests can feel.
