His work spans hotel development, hospitality advisory, and vacation rental operations through Tangy Management, which he co-founded. Drawing on more than two decades in hospitality, he focuses on creating new guest experiences and building the teams and businesses that deliver them. He is also the author of Hospitality Unlocked and host of The Hospitality Mentor podcast.
