Honeywell Launches Connected Technology Suite for Hotel Operations

A Single View Across Hotel Systems

Honeywell (NASDAQ: HON) introduced a new generation of connected hospitality technology on June 16, 2026, in Atlanta. The suite unifies access control, guestroom management, and energy systems into a single, cloud based framework, giving hotel operators centralized visibility over daily operations.

Many hotels currently run security, fire safety, energy management, and guestroom access as separate systems. Honeywell's new suite connects these functions so operators can monitor performance, respond to issues, and manage energy use from one interface.

Neha Jaitpal, global GM, Hospitality for Honeywell Building Automation, said, "The future of hospitality is intelligent, connected and increasingly autonomous. Our latest innovations unify critical hotel systems, from access control to guestrooms and building operations, giving operators the data and control to move beyond reactive management."

Forge Hospitality: Centralized Command

Honeywell Forge Hospitality functions as a command center for connected hotel operations. It gives operators a centralized view of guestroom status, maintenance activity, and energy systems, with automated alerts that flag issues before they affect guests. The result is reduced room downtime and more consistent performance across individual properties and multi property portfolios.

Onity Cloud Suite: Connected Access

Honeywell's Onity Cloud Suite brings locks, readers, gateways, and software into a single system. Anchored by the new Trillium 2.0 lock, the suite provides real time access visibility, mobile entry, and digital wallet support, and simplifies credential management. Connecting access across guestrooms and shared spaces gives hotels broader security oversight.

INNCOM: Guestrooms That Respond in Real Time

Updates to Honeywell's INNCOM guestroom management system tie INNCOM thermostats to Onity locks, so rooms adjust automatically based on occupancy and guest entry. The integration reduces unnecessary HVAC use and lowers the number of manual interventions needed to keep rooms guest ready.

The new INNCOM Premium Switch Series adds modern design and intuitive controls to the in-room experience, including customizable backlight indication and a blackout mode.

What This Means for Hotel Operators

Honeywell frames these updates as infrastructure for the next generation of hotel intelligence. Connecting building systems and adding cloud based capabilities is intended to support hotel operations that run with less manual intervention over time.
