Founded in 2004 by Barbara Parker and Miriam Torres, the 25-person firm works with major hotel brands including Fairmont, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and Westin, as well as independent hoteliers. Its portfolio includes the Ritz-Carlton Marina del Rey, the Boston Park Plaza, the InterContinental Washington DC at The Wharf, and The Phoenician, a Luxury Collection Resort in Scottsdale. The firm also designs restaurants, country clubs, and spas, with an in-house F&B team.
