
Katelyn McClellan
Katelyn McClellan, COO of SnappyScreen, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. Prior to SnappyScreen Katelyn was a human capital management consultant at both IBM and Deloitte. Katelyn decided to join forces with Kristen in 2015 and together they launched the first SnappyScreen machine at a resort in the Caribbean. Katelyn was responsible for creating the hotel sales strategy, determining the pricing model for sales to resorts and identifying target resorts that would create the most value for the business. As a result, SnappyScreen was able to break into some of the top hotels in the world including brands such as Four Seasons, Marriott, and Rosewood. Katelyn also designed the training program for the teams at each resort and would conduct in person training with everyone from the front desk to the pool team about the machine to ensure they were fully prepared to offer the service to guests.
With the evolution of the business, Katelyn's role has shifted to determining how to pack, ship and send all packages with our very rapid growth. She manages relationships with all shipping providers and works hand and hand with our warehouse packing team to ensure all customer and wholesale orders are sent and delivered on time.
