Kristina D’Amico

Kristina D’Amico is Vice President of Hotels Asset Management with JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group, where she oversees a diverse portfolio of luxury hospitality assets spanning Florida’s premier gateway markets and the Caribbean, Mexico, and Latin America (CALA). In her role, she partners closely with ownership groups, operators, and brand representatives to drive financial performance, optimize capital investments, evaluate business plans, and maximize long-term asset value across both domestic and international luxury markets. Kristina serves as a strategic advisor to ownership groups, providing guidance on budgeting and forecasting, commercial strategy, organizational effectiveness, capital planning, and operational performance.

Before joining JLL, Kristina spent 14 years with HVS Consulting & Valuation, where she served as Managing Director and Leader of the Caribbean Region. During that time, she advised owners, investors, lenders, operators, and brands across South Florida, the Caribbean, Mexico, and Latin America, completing assignments across 23 Caribbean islands, Mexico, and luxury markets throughout Florida. She completed more than 600 consulting and valuation assignments and advised on hospitality assets totaling more than $5 billion in value, specializing in luxury hotels, resorts, all-inclusive developments, mixed-use projects, and branded residential.

Known for combining analytical rigor with practical operational insight, Kristina has built her career helping stakeholders navigate complex investment decisions, development opportunities, repositioning initiatives, and performance improvement strategies. Her experience provides a unique perspective on the relationship between ownership objectives and hotel operations, making her a sought-after advisor and speaker within the luxury hospitality industry.

Kristina’s asset management portfolio has included landmark luxury properties. She is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and has presented at the Caribbean Hotel Investment Conference & Operations Summit (CHICOS), Wyndham BOLD, and She Has a Deal (SHaD), among other industry events. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Hospitality Studies, both from Florida International University.
