Laura champions experiential design and its power to change people for the better. An award-winning strategist and ROX (Return on Experience) specialist, she helps brands, agencies, entertainment studios, and cultural institutions turn their vision into impactful, memorable moments for guests and audiences. She clarifies the intention behind an experience and identifies the measurable outcomes that prove its impact, converting audience insights into strategies that drive engagement, affinity, and business results. Her work spans experiential marketing, themed entertainment, participatory theatre, film, VR, and installation art across physical, digital, and hybrid environments.
Laura is the creator of the REMARKABLE™ framework, a diagnostic tool that quantifies ROX alongside traditional metrics and biometric data. Built on an industry index of 800+ productions, it has become an essential asset from ideation through postmortem evaluation.
She founded Reuleaux, is a founding member of the World Experience Organization (WXO), and is the former arts editor of No Proscenium. Named a "Power 10" on Blooloop's 2025 Immersive Influencer List, she holds a Master of Science in Leadership for Creative Enterprises from Northwestern University, and has no plans to pursue another degree with a longer title.
