Susie Park

Susie Park is an Executive Vice President in CBRE Hotels' Global Hotel Asset Management practice. She advises owners of prominent hotels and resorts across the Americas on asset management strategy, operator selection, repositioning initiatives, and pre-opening services. She currently leads a diverse portfolio of asset management engagements throughout North America, with a focus on luxury and lifestyle properties, including both branded and independent assets.

Ms. Park brings deep expertise in hotel operations, finance, and asset management, with particular strength in luxury and lifestyle hospitality.

Her experience includes hotel and restaurant openings, ownership transitions, New York City union operations, financial modeling, cash flow management, performance optimization, and business planning. She has extensive experience developing pre-opening, operating, renovation, and post-renovation budgets, implementing financial controls and compliance programs, and transitioning financial reporting and technology platforms.

Prior to joining CBRE, Ms. Park served as Executive Vice President and Co-Lead of the Americas Hotel Asset Management division within JLL's Hotels & Hospitality Group.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Park was Director of Finance for The New York EDITION, where she successfully guided the property through the operational and financial challenges created by the pandemic and developed the hotel's strategic reopening plan focused on restoring profitability and long-term value.

She also served as the opening Director of Finance for the Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center, where she helped establish the financial framework and operating benchmarks for one of the city's most significant luxury hospitality developments. The property features six food and beverage venues, including Jean-Georges Philadelphia, JG Sky High, Vernick Fish, and Vernick Coffee Bar, as well as a Forbes Five-Star Spa and Jeff Leatham's Flower Shop.

In addition, Ms. Park has held senior finance leadership roles at several iconic luxury hotels, including the Four Seasons Hotel New York, the original W New York, and The Surrey, New York City's only Relais & Châteaux hotel at the time, among others.
